Foreign nationals involved in propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations will be expelled from Russia and fined up to 400,000 rubles ($6,500), according to a bill submitted to the State Duma (the lower house of parliament), a copy of which is available to TASS.

The bill suggests punishing propaganda of non-traditional values among adults, including on the Internet, with an administrative fine of 100,000 to 200,000 rubles ($1,600-3,200) and subsequent expulsion from Russia. A similar offense involving minors, is supposed to entail a fine of 200,000 to 400,00 rubles ($3,200-6,500) and deportation from the country.
