Sam Mbakwe Airport, Owerri, Imo state is currently on fire.

Photos shared by eyewitnesses shows thick black smoke billowing from
the building. Passengers can also be seen hurriedly fleeing the building
with their suitcases in tow.

The cause of the fire has not been revealed.
