The suspect, a 43-year-old man identified as Uche Julius (aka Musa Mohammed) was recently arrested by the police and has been remanded in prison custody as ordered by Justice Babs Kuewumi of the Federal High Court, Lagos.

Julius was arrested and arraigned alongside two others, Keneth Chikwado Ezeonu (aka Abdul Karim) and Agu Ifeanyi George (aka Dr. Lina Norman) on a 16-count charge bordering on cybercrime.

Of the 16-count charge preferred against the trio, Count 1-10 were for Julius on his alleged activities in using the First Lady’s name (Aisha Buhari) to defraud his victims.
