According to Presidential aide, Bashir Ahmed, President Buhari has suspended the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen and appointed Ibrahim Tanko Muhammed as acting CJN.

CON (born 31 December 1953) is a Nigerian jurist and Justice of the
Supreme Court of Nigeria. He was formerly a Justice of the Nigerian
courts of appeal.
Buhari just appointed him as new Acting CJN
