Osita Ngwu, the senator for Enugu West Constituency in Enugu State, has pledged to improve basic education and organized a quiz contest for the area’s secondary schools.
According to Ngwu, the quiz contest fulfills the pledges he made to the electorate during the electioneering campaign.

Francis Eneiga, Ngwu’s Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on human capital development, announced the competition’s start date as October 4, 2023 in the Awgu Local Government Area in a statement on Tuesday in Enugu.
“We are devoted to supporting academic success among the students in our zone. Every society’s progress depends on education.
He continued, “Academic sponsorship would be provided for teachers at the winning school.
