There was a mild drama in the early hours of today, in Ikeja, Lagos after two touts were ordered by some soldiers to swim inside a gutter.
The
two touts popularly known as agbero, were caught intimidating and
harassing bus passengers at a popular bus stop in the area.
Some Lagosians didn’t like the agberos were treated like animals despite the fact they’re guilty of the act.
