SS2 Student Flogged By Soldiers In Enugu, See Why (Photos)

A 15yrs old, Ss2 student of Command Day Secondary School was flogged mercilessly by soldiers for not wearing the school cap and tie to school.

He was injured in the process, and almost went unconscious.
