The Kogi electorate, as well as all Nigerians, has been urged by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to reject the false information being disseminated by the SDP state chapter. The bogus news claims that three election officials were at the state government house reorganizing the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS).
In a statement on Saturday in Abuja, the Chief Press Secretary to Mr. Rotimi Oyekanmi, the Chairman of INEC, stated that the three officers the party has accused are not anywhere near the Kogi State Government House.
