A video has captured the adorable moment a small chops vendor broke down in tears after he received a bag of flour and sugar from his wife.
According to his wife, Ginika, her husband has consistently complained about the hike in the prices of both items, and to ease the burden on him, she decided to surprise him with the items on Valentine’s day.
In a video she shared, her husband couldn’t hold back his tears when he saw the items.
