A footage have emerged of thugs preventing people from collecting their PVC’s at INEC office in Kaduna.
According
to an IG user who shared the video, he claimed they’re political thugs.
But at the time of filing this report, we are yet to ascertain the
political party that contracted the thugs.
Internet users frowned at the ugly incident and demanded security personnel deployed there immediately.
