1.Cleanse often
Clearing your “canvas” by carefully removing impurities that might block pores and result in dullness, such as grime, oil, and pollution particles. Use your fingers to gently massage a tiny dab of face cleanser onto your face in circular motions, working from the inside out for complete coverage, both morning and night.
2.Skin exfoliation
The procedure gets rid of dead cells from the skin’s outer layer, making the surface smoother, cleaner, and more light-reflective.
Use a chemical exfoliator, such a face peel, once a week for sensitive or dry skin and up to three times for other skin types, or two to three times a week for physical exfoliants like face scrubs.
3.Moisturize
Skin that has been moisturized also reflects light, giving the appearance of glowing skin right away. Additionally, because exfoliating increases the likelihood of sun damage, including dark spots, make sure to protect skin with a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ face sunscreen or day cream.
4.Eat meals high in antioxidants.
The shine of your skin might be affected by what you consume. Fill up on berries, grapes, and nuts (pecans, walnuts, etc.) that are high in polyphenols like resveratrol and ellagic acid.
