President Buhari recieved President of Togo H.E. Mr Faure Gnassingbe, Governor of Katsina Aminu Bello Masari and his deputy Alhaji Mannir Yakubu in Katsina State during his trip to commiserate with the people over the recent devastating storms that affected parts of the state.
