A woman narrowly escaped tragedy following a robbery attack which happened earlier today in Bayelsa state.
It
was gathered that the victim identified Elizabeth Mangi, was attacked
by armed robbers who disposessed her of all her belongings and pushed
her out of a moving tricycle popularly known as ‘Keke Napep’ along a
highway in Yenagoa, the state capital.
The bloodied victim who
was abandoned in the middle of the highway – was rushed to the hospital
by sympathizers and is currently receiving medical treatment in
undisclosed hospital in Yenagoa.
