Nollywood actor, Yomi Fabiyi has recounted how late Murphy Afolabi influenced his life.
In an Instagram post, Yomi Fabiyi recalled the last moments he shared with the actor.
The actor lamented how he never expected Murphy Afolabi’s death and revealed how he effortlessly supported him while filming one of his movies.
“The last person you will think will die is Murphy. This death sef gat no textbook. Candidly nobody knows the true MO of death. We were scared, we tried to beat it, but when it happens, it seems like something strange. Agbara Iku!
You stood by me effortlessly filming this movie PLACENTA(IBI OMO).
What about your own movie ALANI OMO IYA OSHOGBO? The SHAKERS will miss you. So you won’t witness the inauguration you worked day and night to see come to reality. Ile Aiye Ile Asan.

Murphy Afolabi died on Sunday, the 14th of May, 2023, after he reportedly slipped on bathroom tiles and hit his head on a hard surface.
