Some men grow short beards,
Some men keep theirs Long,
The choice is theirs to make,
Neither options right or wrong.
I love the way, My beards billows in the breeze.
Just for fun, I am gonna let it, Grow down past my knees.
Just because I am bearded,
Doesn’t mean I am a joke,
Doesn’t mean I am dirty,
And doesn’t mean I am broke.
I am no homeless guy,
Or a crazy terrorist.
I am not some slacker dude,
Or a fundamentalist.
I refuse to live my life,
Looking like a clone,
Walking down the pavement,
Like another mindless drone.
In my prayers I remember those whose jaw has never grown beards.
Fighting with crayfish and mentholated spirit, I beg the almighty to show them he care and mercy.
