20-Year-Old Boy Drowns While Being Baptized In A River By Pastor. Photos
This is very unfortunate. A 20-year-old man has lost his life while being baptized by a pastor in a river.
In a video captured on Facebook, the young man, whose name was given as Yaw Kyeremeh was seen being led by his pastor to undertake the baptism in Weija river in Accra, Ghana.
The deceased sunk deep down into the water just about the time he was being immersed the second time.
Realizing what was happening, a man at the bank of the river seemed to have stretched his hand out so the drowning man could hold on to. Sadly, it was too late.
The pastor and another person swam to safety and called for help as recorded by the video.
All efforts to retrieve Kwadwo Kyeremeh’s body proved futile as his body wasn’t found at the spot he drowned.
