A Twitter user took to the platform to give her two cents about dating ages she feels are wrong and predatory.
According to @Black_Hibiscus, a 16-year-old dating a 12-year-old, a 17-year-old dating a 13-year-old and a 28-year-old dating a 21-year-old are all predatory.
She added that a 21-year-old is not an adult, as she cannot provide for herself and doesn’t have anything in common with a 28-year-old.
She Tweeted;
“In case you need a reminder
A 16 yr old with a 12 yr old is predatory
A 13 yr old and a 17 yr old is predatory
A 14 and an 18 yr old is predatory.
I know he’s an adult but you get my point.
It is predatory A 21 yr old and a 28 yr old is predatory.
In case you do not understand, the age gap doesn’t really matter. What matters is matutity, if you’re confused and have questions. You know the way to my dms
A 21 yr old isn’t a grown adult in my definitions. She can’t provide for herself comfortably and what does a 21 yr old and a 28 yr old have in common? Most 21 yr olds are just graduating or still in school but it depends on the 28 yr old after everything”.
