The police spokesperson, ACP Muyiwa Adejobi, has responded to footage showing a young woman flashing her breast at last Thursday’s candlelight parade for the late musician Mohbad.
While participating in the procession, the young woman opened her white shirt to reveal parts of her bosom while flashing her bra.
Adejobi reacted to the video by asking if the performer was lamenting the deceased artist and if her performance was a part of the candlelight parade.
