The footballer built the mini-estate reported to have 20 housing units.

Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa has built an estate of terrace houses in Lekki reportedly worth a staggering N1.4 billion.

According to ScoreNigeria, the mini-estate was reported to have 20 housing units.

However, rather than rent the houses, he is selling them to make more profits.

Ahmed Musa is currently 28 with just a few years to cross the age of 30.

Many believe this investment in real estate will pay off when the footballer retires soon.
