Recall that Kogi State Governor has been at loggerheads with ASUU in the State University. In 2017, the Governor went ahead to ‘ban’ the Union from the University and many lecturers lost their jobs with the case still on. But recently in a letter dated 4th February, 20118, signed by the National president of the body, Kogi State University has been sanctioned heavily.
