A few days after giving away 20,000 masks to the San Blas-Canillejas City Council, Atletico Madrid have donated another 20,000 masks to the Alcala City Council in Madrid.
The club are determined to help in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic and have begun by assisting the districts located near to the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano.
Atletico president Enrique Cerezo represented the club’s Foundation, which delivered the masks to the premises of the Alcala City Council.
A generous donation made by Idan Ofer, Los Rojiblancos’ second largest shareholder, helped Atletico purchase and distribute the material to the aforementioned city councils.
