The Camp Nou board is not interested in selling Francisco Trincao and Pedri, the duo had offers from the Premier League, according to report in Mundo Deportivo.

President Josep Maria Bartomeu was also asked about the two youngsters on Tuesday in an interview with RAC1 and said: “I really want to see Trincao and Pedri.”

A difficult transfer market means the two youngsters look set to get the chance to impress in pre-season and we may hopefully see them in action in 2020-21.

Barcelona need to sell players from the first team to raise fund to finance their transfer, with the board aiming to sign Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan Lautaro Martinez.

The likes of Ivan Rakitic, Arturo Vidal, Nelson Samedo, Samuel Umtiti could be sold at the end of the current campaign.
