Barcelona is not done with the restructuring process following the sack of Quique Setin, the board has also sack another top management member.
Eric Abidal has been relief of his duty as the technical secretary of the club just a day after dismissing Setien.
“Barcelona and Eric Abidal have reached an agreement for the ending of the contract that united the two parties,” the club said in an official statement.
“The club would publicly like to thank Eric Abidal for his professionalism, commitment, dedication and the close and positive nature of his relationship with all aspects of the Blaugrana family.”
The club is yet to confirm a replacement for the Frenchman after announcing his sack.
