Earlier,there was a brief stop over at former President Goodluck Jonathan’s residence by David Lyon who was accompanied by the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Chief Timipre Sylva and Lyon’s Deputy, Sen. Biobarakuma Degi Eremienyo.
