Birnbaum Agrees To New Deal With D.C. United

Defender Steve Birnbaum has agreed to a new deal with D.C. United, reports the Athletic.

The new deal will put Birnbaum up there with the highest-paid American defenders in MLS.

Birnbaum made 37 total appearances for the club last season.
