The Boston Celtics on Monday defeated The Toronto Raptors in Game 5 of The Eastern Conference Semifinals, the game which ended 111 – 89 saw Celtics cruising to victory.
Jaylen Brown who was the highest scorer in the game finished with 27 PTS, 6 REB & 3 STLS followed by Kemba Walker with 21 PTS, 4 REB, 7 AST & 1 BLKS.
Jason Tatum who had a double-double in the game finished with 18 PTS, 10 REB, 4 AST, 1 STLS & 1 BLKS, Daniel Theis also stepped up by scoring 15 PTS, 8 REB, 1 AST & 2 BLKS followed by Brad Wanamaker and Marcus Smart who finished with 15 & 12 PTS respectively.
Fred VanVleet was the highest scorer for The Raptors with 18 PTS, 2 REB, 5 AST & 3 STLS, followed by Norman Powell with 16 PTS, 1 REB & 3 AST. Pascal Siakam and Kyle Lowry also came scored 10 PTS each but all wasn’t enough to give them the win as The Celtics were determined to take the series despite losing their last 2 games to the defending champions.
