Frank Lampard’s first-choice left-back Emerson Palmieri sustained a thigh strain injury during the Euro 2020 qualifiers against Finland on Sunday.
The Chelsea defend spent just seven-minute on the pitch before he was forced off and replaced by Alessandro Florenzi.
