Chelsea manager Frank Lampard is set for a massive clearout at the end of the season as he is prepared to rake in £100m at the end of the summer transfer period.

The report in Football. london reports that Lampard is set to embark on freshening up the squad with several new signings in the transfer window.

Lampard is prepared to use the proceed from the clearout to fund his signings additional with the funds released by the board.

Lampard could sell up to four players at the end of the season, the likes of Marcos Alonso, Emerson Palmieri, Ross Barkley and Michy Batshuayi – who could generate over £100million.

Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho and Lille defender Gabriel Magalhaes are top of the Blues’ wishlist, but they won’t come cheap.

Sancho is also wanted by Manchester United so the England international is expected to cost at least £120million.

Meanwhile, Chelsea is one of four teams who have had bids accepted for Gabriel as Lille look to make a profit on the 22-year-old.

Chelsea is in the race with the Juventus for Real Madrid defender Acraf Hakimi and also need to see off competition from Manchester United and Barcelona for the signature of Borussia Dortmund star Sancho.
