Chelsea star Olivier Giroud wants out of Stamford Bridge in the next transfer window.
Giroud wants to make the squad to the next Euro Championship.
Giroud made the squad for the upcoming games against Finland, Portugal and Sweden has played just 33 minutes in the Premier League this season having fallen to third in the pecking order because of Timo Werner’s arrival and Tammy Abraham’s return to both fitness and form.
The former Arsenal striker was in the same position last season but he ended up justifying his stay at the Stamford Bridge, he played a vital role when football return during the coronavirus break.
Giroud signed a one-year extension with the London based club and he would be free to negotiate with any club in the next six months when the transfer window opens in January.
Inter Milan is one of the teams interested in the services of the French striker and it was clear last summer that Antonio Conte wants the World Cup winner in his team.
Chelsea had indicated last January that he would be allowed to leave if they found a replacement but he remained at Stamford Bridge when the club was unable to secure a new addition.
Tammy Abraham’s injury gave Giroud the chance to prove his worth towards the end of last season.
