Chelsea have tied up deals for Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner, Ben Chilwell and Malang Sarr but are still chasing down three more signings.

The Evening Standard reports that the Blues’ spending spree is set to continue as they pursue Kai Havertz, Thiago Silva and another goalkeeper.
