Chelsea’s Nigerian Striker Very Happy After Scoring On His Debut For New Club

Chelsea‘s Nigerian striker Ike Ugbo is very happy after scoring on his debut for Cercle Brugge in their 3-2 away win over KV Mechelen.

The 21-year-old agreed on a loan move to Jan Breydel Stadium last week, scored in the 54th minute to draw his side at 1-1 in the Belgian topflight.

Ugbo was later replaced in the 67th minute of the game by Thibo Somers before Dino Hotic makes 2-1 in the 57th minute.

Aster Vranckx level it up Mechelen and second-half substitute star Somers nets the winner 80th minute.

The young Nigerian striker took his social media handle to reacts to his debut goal and victory at Argosstadion Achter de Kazerne.

The win take Cercle Brugge to the fourth spot in the Belgium Jupiler table as Ugbo hopes to continue his new goal-scoring against Kortrijk next weekend.
