Men of the Nigeria Customs Service have intercepted 5,200 cartridges of live ammunitions.
According to TVC, the contraband was intercepted by federal Operations unit Zone C of the Nigerian Customs.
Other contraband goods were also intercepted as part of efforts to check illegal smuggling in the country’s borders.
Briefing Journalists on the Successes made by the Zonal Operations, the Comptroller, Federal Operations unit Zone C, Owerri, Yusuf Lawal advised all economic saboteurs to refrain from their unpatriotic acts before the strong arm of the law will catch up with them.
