Davido is a singer, songwriter, record producer and a music executive. He became famous in the nigerian music industry after releasing his first single Dami Duro, in 2012 due to the success of his released debut, a sophomore single, called Omo Baba Olowo he won the next rated artist award at the Headies, he is one of the biggest brand influencers.
BIOGRAPHY
David Adedeji Adeleke known as Davido is the second son of 5 siblings, he was born on November 21, 1992. The 29 year old Nigerian artist was born in Atlanta, Georgie United state but hails from Osun State.
His parents gave him the best education as Davido was born into a wealthy family of Mr and Mrs Adedeji Adeleke. Davido’s father was a well known businessman. Davido attended British International School for his elementary studies, he gained admission to study business administration at Oakwood University, Alabama before dropping out in 2011 to focus on his music career.
In 2011 after following his fathers advice, he enrolled in Babcock University in Nigeria and graduated in 2016 with a degree in music.
HIS CAREER
Davido the leader of the 30 Billion Gang signed a record deal with Sony music. Months later he set his record label Davido Music World(DMW) he then signed Mayorkun, Dremo, and Chaba all music artists that same year.
He released his second studio album A Good Time, on the 22nd of november 2019. Where he collaborated with Chris Brown, on Blow my mind and Popcaan on Risky.
He released his third studio album A Better Time, on the 13th of november 2020. The song featured collaborations with Bella Shmurda, CKay, LiLbaby, Nicky Minaj, Young Thug, Mayorkun, Chris Brown.
