Sophia Momodu, via her attorneys, accused the singer of cyberbullying, harassing, and putting her life in danger in a document dated January 10, 2023. According to the paper, the singer hired bloggers to post bogus information about her.
“We are writing in response to our earlier email referring to Mr. David Adeleke’s behavior toward our client, which we believe to constitute cyberbullying, harassment, and threats against our client’s life as well as the lives of her close companions. This is on top of other publications and insulting statements made about Ms. Sophia Momodu by your client via various social media blogs,” a portion of the petition stated.
The paper emphasized that the singer’s legal team had already been notified of this issue through emails, but those communications had been ignored. They continued by saying that Davido would be held accountable in the event that Momodu suffered harm.
