High is a song about being able to enjoy your life to the fullest. Ignoring life’s worries and turmoil for the time being. High is a way of thinking that prioritizes happiness and filling your day with good energy.
“I wanted to compose a song about nothing that would make you forget about your problems,” she says. This happened naturally, as it does most things when you are appreciative for life and enjoying it to the fullest.”
