Superstar Nigerian musician, Davido has reportedly rescued some people from police harrassment.
The incident happend in the early hours of Sunday, October 11, 2020. Davido helped save the Nigerian youths as he rescued them from the hands of policemen who were extorting them.
It was gathered that the police officers unlawfully profiled the youths and as it is reported to be their custom, jumped in the younger ones’ car then they started manhandling them.
The law enforcement officers were said to be asking for a ridiculous amount of money from them and as luck will have it, Davido who was nearby came to their rescue and intervened.
On his intervention, the policemen left the guys and Davido ordered them to follow his convoy as they left the scene.
One of the arrested youths with the handle @mbaise1stborn shared a video from the scene on his Twitter page.
