Coady, Fernandes, Ings, Jimenez, Martial and Saint-Maximin nominated as the standout players during the month.

Six stars have been nominated for June 2020’s EA SPORTS Player of the Month award, and you can help to decide the winner.

As well as taking into account the players’ performances since the restart on 17 June, the first half of March has also been considered in deciding the contenders.

The votes of the public will be combined with those of the 20 club captains, plus a panel of football experts, to decide the winner.

June’s EA SPORTS Player shortlist

Conor Coady (WOL)

The Wolverhampton Wanderers captain was part of an impressive backline that kept four consecutive clean sheets, while his switches of play continue to stretch opposition defences and help initiate attacks.

Bruno Fernandes (MUN)

February’s EA SPORTS Player of the Month remained highly influential for Manchester United, scoring four goals including a double against Brighton & Hove Albion and a penalty in the 1-1 draw at Tottenham Hotspur.

Danny Ings (SOU)

The Southampton striker boosted his chances of claiming the Golden Boot, presented by Cadbury, with three goals in June. This included a fine double in a victory against Watford and a curled finish at Norwich City.

Raul Jimenez (WOL)

The Mexican scored winning goals against Spurs and AFC Bournemouth while also breaking the deadlock at West Ham United as Wolves put themselves in contention for a top-four finish.

Anthony Martial (MUN)

The Man Utd attacker scored his first career hat-trick against Sheffield United after also netting the opener in the 2-0 home win over Manchester City. With 14 goals, he now has his best tally in a Premier League season.

Allan Saint-Maximin (NEW)

A winning goal at Southampton was followed by another strike against Sheff Utd as the winger’s pace and trickery helped ignite the Newcastle United attack and consolidate Steve Bruce’s side in mid-table.
