  1. A case of dog eats dog

Speaking in parable, Magu said what happened to him “is a case of dog eats dog”, He, however, he considered it “as one of those risks of the job”.

  1. Anti-corruption fight is winnable

The embattled EFCC boss said no matter the challenges, he strongly believes the fight against corruption can be successful. He, therefore, urged Nigerians to “own the war against corruption” which President Buhari “is determined to eradicate”.

4 Not discouraged by his travails

Magu said he was happy to be released, adding that he “will forever wage war against corruption”.

“It is not a personal fight. Whether I am EFCC Chairman or not, the anti-corruption war must continue,” Magu said.
