Eden Hazard has paid his last tribute to the Chelsea fans after making his long-awaited move to Real Madrid this summer.
The Belgian star expressed his undying love for the Blues having spent seven years with the Stamford Bridge outfit and it didn’t end there he paid a tribute to Chelsea with custom Nike boots in white and blue colour.
