A department in Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) got tired of warning people verbally against urinating indiscriminately around their office complex.
They decided to adopt a hilarious means of putting up a poster which informs whoever goes ahead to urinate around the complex whom such person really is spiritually.
