I Think I’m Spoiling My Girlfriend With Too Much Money, And She’s Not Grateful About It

Guyz, funny enough my soon to be ex-girlfriend introduced me here. Please Mr Finix, hide my identity because of my work and prestige, I just need your help & constructive advices please.
I am a Nigeria born but live & work out of the country,I am an Intelligent officer(Special Agent)(CLASSIFY) working with UN, I make good money I mean good enough not to sound bragging, I have practically anything a young man needs in life, except the one thing my mum awaits so much for to settle down which is what I want too and she’s not in support of me marrying out of the country which I don’t want to as well.
Finding a wife here where I am not based is a challenge, so I met this girl last year February at my hotel in lagos when I visited through her mum who introduced me to her, we started something but I realized I was doing too much buy spoiling her which it now sounds like I m buying the love because she’s not sounding grateful at all, suspecting me over the fact that a guy like me who has all the kind money i had should be single and bla bla bla, she’s not convinced. Her mum now told me if I truly love her, that i should do something to proof to her that i do love and really want her.
Hence when I came back in August I change her single apartment to a new 2 bedroom house close to her place of work, furnished it and engage her same month before going back to my base. I made sure we spoke more often on the phone bought her a new Samsung S9plus because her phone sometimes loses network as she said, but she snaps at me at any slide argument she’ll walk out of me or hung the call if over the phone, she’ll want to drop me and end the relationship every time, If not for her mum and dad who’s fighting her by the day cos of me she’ll have left me and her parent are extremely nice to me, but I need that from her, I mean I am tall handsome dude whose by his grace so rich and focused-minded and caring.
I’m sounding desperate to marry or could she have done something to me, am I on some love potion, cos friends and some family who knows her or have seen her pictures have been saying things about the fact that I am too good for her only that i can’t see that.
My sisters don’t think she’s my type and yet they block there friends from me that they’re after my money. All I want is to look for a good wife, I am tired over all this so called wanting to please a lady whose not interested in me, Mr Finix please i need your help, I was here again around December I gave bought a car as her birthday present on her birthday, an E250 convertible, what else should i do to please her?
