Zlatan Ibrahimovic has agreed a one-year extension to his contract at AC Milan worth €7m annually, according to Sky Sport Italia.
The former Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) forward did not join preseason training ahead of the 2020/2021 campaign while waiting for the deal to be finalised – now he is expected at Milanello with the rest of the squad.
The report claims that the Rossoneri agreed a deal without any bonuses but a fixed salary of €7m.
Zlatan scored 10 goals in 18 Serie A games last season as they went on a 13-game unbeaten run and the club will hope the his good form continues when the Italian League resumes on September 19.
