Ex-BBNaija housemate, Michael Ebuka has lamented about being physically and mentally exhausted.
The reality star made this known in an Instagram story on Monday night.
According to him, life after the show is overwhelming and has affected his physical and mental state of mind.
“Haven’t been 100% for a while but I kept pushing my mind & body…. currently mentally & physically exhausted. Taking a much-needed break. Thanks for understanding,” he wrote.
Michael was evicted from the reality show along with Boma, Tega and Peace.
