Erstwhile Super Eagles winger, Victor Moses is expected back into action on Monday, July 13 after a successful test on Friday evening.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the Inter right full-back cum winger suffered fatigue in the flexors of his left thigh in the match against Brescia during the week and would not be risked by coach Antonio Conte.The injury will keep him out against Bologna, but Nerrazzuris gaffer could already have him back in action next Thursday against Verona barring any last-minute hitches.
Skysports.it reported on Saturday morning that Moses’ injury is not a major cause for concern in Appiano and that he is been highly anticipated to make a speedy return or, in the worst-case scenario, against Torino.Moses is facing an uncertain future at Chelsea with the winger set to be dumped by Inter Milan after his flop loan spell with the Italian giant.
The Nigerian has struggled to hold down a first-team place while in Italy, making just seven appearances, mostly as a substitute before his disastrous injury lay off.The 29-year-old has also had injury problems, failing to stay fit and not being a major part of Antonio Conte’s starting plans.
