Newly signed Tottenham Hotspur, Gareth Bale will not make his debut for the club until mid-October due to injury.
The Walsh star returned to the London side with a knee injury keeping him sidelined as MARCA reported on Friday, which Spurs have confirmed.
Tottenham released a statement which read: “Gareth injured his knee playing for Wales in recent national team matches and, together with the start of LaLiga and the Premier League, has had little pre-season time.”
“We anticipate that he will be ready to play after the October international break.”Tottenham Hotspur confirmed the arrivals of Gareth Bale and Sergio Reguilon from Real Madrid on Saturday.
