The 30-year-old former Nigeria international arrived at Old Trafford
to much decision in the January transfer window, having spent the past
three years playing in the Chinese Super League after a similar length
spell at Watford.

Ighalo demonstrated his potency in front of goal by fired home his
side’s second in the 41st-minute before wrapping up the victory with
another goal in the 70th minute to book our place in the FA Cup
quarter-finals for the sixth successive season.

Forgotten Super Eagles and Al-Adalah FC midfielder took to his
Twitter handle to react after Ighalo becomes the first African to nets
brace since Quinton Fortune against Bradford in 2000.

Ighalo was named Manchester United’s Man of the Match for the first time and Red Devils will now face Norwich in the FA Cup quarter-finals on March 21 but next host Machester City at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Sunday.
