Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho has sent a congratulating messsage to Leicester City teammate, Jamie Vardy after scoring 100 Premier League goals in a hugely successful career.
The 23-year-old Nigerian international got the curtain raiser as Foxes romped to a crucial 3-0 win over Crystal Palace in their Premier League tie at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.
Kelechi firing blanks in the first 45 minutes before he broke the deadlock four minutes into the second half when he finished from Youri Tielemans’ cross to score his fifth Premier League goal of the season.
Iheanacho’s strike partner, Vardy then wrapped up the points for Leicester City with a late brace to ensure Brenda Rogers’ men remain third in the log table.

Leicester City travel to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal of Tuesday at the Emirates Stadium, with the Super Eagles’ star, hopes to improve on the five goals he has scored so far this term.
