Koeman Forced To Rotate Heavily Ahead Of Barcelona Coming Fixtures

Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman is forced to rotate heavily ahead of Barcelona tight schedule in the coming weeks.

Barcelona will start their Champions League campaign against Hungarian side Fernecvaros on Tuesday ahead of Real Madrid’s El Clasico visit to the Camp Nou in La Liga action next weekend.

Koeman will have to limit the involvement of some players in the Champions League with the view to make them fresh for the clash against Real Madrid at the Camp Nou.

Ansu Fati and Philippe Coutinho are likely to play a bit against Ferencvaros in the Champions League, Marc Ter Stegen remains sidelined through injury and Neto is expected to take his place.

The manager could drop Sergi Roberto and Gerard Pique and play Junior Firpo and Ronald Araujo in the defence with the likes of es Alena, Trincao, Pedri, Riqui Puig and Miralem Pjanic could be given the nod to start against the Hungarian team while Pique, Sergio Busquets, Lionel Messi and Antoine Griezmann are likely to be rested ahead of the big clash against Real Madrid.
