Lagos 2023: ‘My Tribe Felt Super loved From This Dude’- Cubana Chief Priest Drums Support For Sanwo-Olu For Re-election

Nigerian celebrity barman, Pascal Chibuike a.k.a Cubana Chief Priest has revealed he is supporting Lagos State Governor, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu for re-election in the state.

The father two urged Lagosians to vote for the governor so as to complete the projects he has been working on across the state. He further noted that his tribe (Igbo) felt safe under the leadership of Sanwo-Olu.

Cubana Chief Priest‘s support for Sanwo-Olu’s second term is coming amidst the series of backlash the Governor has been receiving on social media. Youths in the state. Many have vowed not to vote him in for a second term as they continue to dig out a series of lapses in his administration.

GISTLOVER recalls that According to the youths, they will not vote Sanwo-Olu until he reveals who gave the order on the night of 20th October 2020, around 6:50 p.m when men of the Nigerian armed unleashed havoc on peaceful End SARS protesters at the Lekki Toll-Gate killing many while others sustained various degrees of injuries.

During a press release, Sanwo-Olu denied that there was no casualty in the shooting that was streamed life by Obianuju Catherine Udeh better known as DJ Switch and several others. Later during an interview with CNN’s Becky Anderson, the governor admitted to the death of protesters. The youths have continued to ask him “Who gave the orders” as they threaten to vote for Labour Party’s governorship candidate, Gbadebo Chinedu Rhodes-Vivour, also known as GRV come March 11.
