Leeds are readying an offer of €30 million (£27m/$35m) for Lazio defender Luiz Felipe, according to La Lazio Siamo Noi.
However, it is claimed such a bid would be €10m (£9m/$12m) short of the Serie A club’s valuation.
Felipe has emerged as an alternative to Brighton defender Ben White, with the Seagulls not looking to sell.
